The agreed shared values are used to set policy and review performance across the organisation and with partners
We have identified the following areas for improvement:

- Review of CYPP to take place at an earlier stage to gain a number of C/YP perspectives.

- A co-ordinated approach to integrated working will ensure that outcomes are improved for all client users (through a common language and shared understanding of roles and responsibility).

- Commissioning Strategy currently being developed.
