• YP (Young Trainers) very positive about being on interview panel
• ‘I found the recruitment process really good. There was a really good mix of candidates, bringing different things. I felt the candidates that were chosen has a lot to offer.’ (Young Trainer)
• Discussions after interview - CYP have input in final decision.
• Corporate induction – participation section run by YP
