What is the evidence of meeting this indicator?:

Participation is ad hoc Staff work with children and young people in individual ways to encourage participation, there is no set design as every child and young person has different needs and ways that they can participate. There is no defined age for when it is considered appropriate for children and young people to attend conferences/meetings where they are likely to hear negative comments about their parents. If children and young people do not attend a meeting there needs to be a valid method of recording why they didn’t attend and how they participated in another way.
