Agreements to involve young people are included in all relevant ELA and Social Services appointments. The Social Services Youth Forum have also been on recruitment panels for social workers, family support workers and children’s homes managers. Young people will be involved in the recruitment and selection of the new post of Director For Children’s Services

Young people at the home design their own questions and take part in the formal interview with the potential employee.
Young people involvement is based on their behaviour and the expectations they agree to.
