The Youth Programme includes a requirement for participation in some tenders; young people were on the tender panel for the refresh of the Common Core to shape the skills of the workforce

Groups develop specific programmes/activities aimed at young people with specific needs and encourage their attendance, but their needs to be careful consideration about the location of venues as this can result in poor attendance.
Eg: YOT offer a parenting class the facilitators run it at low cost using venues available at low/no cost, no funding was provided for transport and the venue was not easily accessible for participants.
