- Shared values are agreed with C/YP, however LDD partner agencies service providers need to be more aware of the needs of C/YP with complex LDD. - Groups/activities for C/YP should be financially accessible across West Cumbria - Shared values to include promoting the positive image of C/YP. - It is recognised that advice given in programmes developed for C/YP is not always followed through by schools.
